To get registered with KERNEL COMPUTER EDUCATION ASSOCIATION (KCEA), students are required to follow a simple and well-structured registration process. The process has been designed to ensure that every aspiring learner, whether from a rural background or an urban city, can easily take admission and start their computer education journey. This document explains the procedure in a step-by-step manner so that no student faces difficulty during admission.
Students first need to obtain the official application form along with the information brochure. These are available at all Authorised Study Centres (ASC). The brochure contains detailed information about available courses, fee structure, eligibility, and examination guidelines. It is mandatory to purchase this brochure before proceeding with registration.

Students must ensure that there are no spelling mistakes or overwriting, as the same details will appear on certificates and mark sheets.
Every application form must be submitted along with the following enclosures:
These enclosures are compulsory. Any incomplete form without enclosures will be rejected automatically.
After completing the form and attaching required enclosures, students must submit it to the respective Authorised Learning Centre. The centre will verify all documents and forward the form to the KCEA head office for approval. Once verified, the student will receive a confirmation of admission along with their enrollment number.
The total fee has to be paid at the time of registration. Students can make the payment through a Demand Draft. Some centres may also provide the option for online fee submission. Fee relaxation is available for reserved categories (SC/ST/Handicapped) as per KCEA rules.
Considering the diverse requirements of students, KCEA offers a wide variety of courses. Broadly, the courses are divided into two categories:
